As your Mortgage Broker, it goes without saying that I want to handle all of your mortgage transactions. There can be times, however, depending on the situation, when it just doesn’t make sense for me to handle the mortgage for you. If it’s not in your best interest for me to arrange your mortgage, I will let you know.

I will also go one step further and provide you with honest advice to ensure that you are still getting the best deal with your existing mortgage lender. The mortgage process can be tricky and it’s important that you have someone looking out for you that knows the ins and out of the industry.
